  1. Yeah, it was made of white light neon lights. They, had them very fluidly positioned, and on a transitioner board.

    I also got some more info...

    They cost more than $1000, but the site doesnt say how much more, jst for the lites, and the light display for that was over 10,000 dollars. They used "solar energy" i believe also.
