  2. Okay, I don't mean to be rude or condescending, but you should probably be able to discern all that by actually reading the Constitution.

    If you need more, read the Declaration of Independence and the Federalist Papers.

    Edit to TREN:  You mean the way they counted Negroes as 3/5ths of a person, and Indians not at all....yeah, they could have been Democrats. LOL
