What were those 'sweets' ? ?

Back in the mid-late 80s, there use to be these chewy sweets that had a spearmint flavour, they were shaped like 'chewits' but weren't chewits.

They were lovely, but I cannot remember the name as I have vivid, vague memories of those chewy sweets.

oh yes, they were pale green in colour and if my fragile memory serves me correctly they were enclosed in a greenish wrapping.
