What were ur side effects of Loestrin24?

Question

I was put on Loestrin24 birth control mid June (middle of my 3rd month) and I had my period my 1st month for 2 weeks (im on BC 2 help regulate my period) and i didnt have one in July and didnt havent had one yet this month?

I feel like ive been so full lately, but not really bloated

minor headaches every now and then

is this stuff really working right

or am i getting paranoid that I havent regulated yet

Um...

You might want to give it awhile longer.  Usually birth control takes about 3 months for you system and cycle to get regular.

I've been on Ortho Tricyclen Lo for 4 years.  I've never had problems at all with my period. Always on a Wenesday ...ends on a Sunday.  Maybe you should switch alot of girls have trouble with the newer kind of b/c.

Loestrin 24 if I'm not mistaken ( I might be) you only have your period every 3 months.  That doesn't work for me.  I'd rather suffer the h**l of every month than to be freakin out thinkin I *might* be pregnant because I don't have my period.

Wait another couple of weeks, and if it's still not right..talk to your doc about Ortho.  It's the LOWEST dose you can take with the LEAST amount of effects.

It's awesome for me..and I've lost 10lbs on it ...haha..

Its takes 3-4 months for your body to fully adjust.  When I started Loestrin24 I had HORRIBLE mood swings which thankfully got better by month 4.
