  1. To be honest, i always thought nursing was straight up looking after people. I didnt have any expectations. I knew it would involve long hours for unfair money, shift work, a lot of night shifts, and on your feet most of the time. I didnt expect the hassle, red tape and stupid rules involved too. Majority of the time its ok, and you get on with the job in hand. Looking after patients, and making sure their every need, within reason, is met. But every so often i wish i'd stayed in admin..
