If the product says "Do not use if seal is broken", how are you supposed to open it and use it?

It means do not use if the seal is broken prior to the initial use.  Of course you have to break the seal to use it the first time.  Duh!

Grab a knife and slice through the center of the product. Pull open the sides like (as if your doing open heart surgery) and retrieve the contents from the package. Tada you have officially learned how to open a package.

For the seal if broken check at the time you are purchasing the item and if it is broken do not buy and use the item rather bring it to the attention of the store manager.

How ever once you have bought the item with intact seal you need to break it before you can use it.
