They did this on mythbusters. It won't actually shock you unless you are really close. This is because of the surface tension of water - it breaks up into droplets, so its never really a stream of liquid. I suggest not doing it though.

This happened in our city. A man passed urine from a over head bridge to the electric line running for the electric train.It was high voltage.He died on the spot. If you urinate by keeping proper protection for you that you do not have contact with earth you may escape.In our case the man was standing in the metal bridge
