I would say artist represents the way he/she sees people. They are all really cold- cold enough to exclude there eyes. Those are the most important parts of expression 4 me. Mindless and cold, the females genitals are depicted as a blob of something? Artist sees women as some sort of machine- not the reproducing s*x. having a funnel for a head?
