he drinks every other day and after drinking in our house they went out to have fun..u know my husband is a seaman and he on board vessel for almost 8 months and have his vacation for 2 to 3 months and sometimes he went to the province to take his vacation there..my problem is that he don't have time for his family and im always worried everytime he went out.

It really sounds like you are in the marriage alone.

He is AWOL the minute he gets back, and you are still left alone... basically you are a pit-stop, maintaining the place where he stores his stuff.

It also sounds like he is an alcoholic.

You need to sit him down and talk to him... his behavior changes now or you will divorce him. Offer marriage counseling, but don't expect much.

Hit the local book store and pick up the latest do-it-yourself divorce guide for your state... some have all the forms on a CD-ROM bound in the book. A couple hundred dollars and a waiting period, and you can be free. He can get served by mail.

Better to just set yourself free and have his wages garnished to pay child support. You deserve better.

Divorce him...you can be miserable as a single person instead of being miserable as a married person.
