What wild animal would humans find the most tastiest?

If you was lost in the middle of the wilderness, and no civilization in sight for miles, what animal would be recommended to eat for its taste if you had the weapon to get it.

Deer meat (venison) is good, elk is better!  And PETA approved this, that is (People Eating Tasty Animals) not the other nut cases.

The "most tasty" (and incidentally, one of the most nutritious) thing you could easily obtain to eat in the wilderness would be beetle larvae, or cricket larvae.  They are nutty, delicious & nutritious, and they are everywhere.

Depends on personal preference. If you prefer lean meat, you'd probably go with buffalo or venison. If you prefer meat with more fat on it, you'd probably prefer wild boar.
