  1. We are all going to die eventually so dont worry about it...

  2. first of all, global warming is technically only a theory but it's really convincing.

the ice caps will probably melt at this rate and greenland will probably start becoming some agricultural nation and schools probably won't ever have snow days so we'll probably end up with a lot of cranky kids

idk the details but global warming, as far as i'm concerned, will probably shake things up around here a century from now

  3. If we get on top of the issue and start reducing carbon emissions significantly the impacts of Global Warming should be more controllable. However, given that we've already created significant damage there will undoubtedly be a number of coastal and other areas where the swing in temperature will have extremely negative effects. Part of the issue with Global Warming then, to prepare for the next hundred years, must not only be curbing CO2 emissions but also figuring out ways to protect those areas that will be hit despite humanity's best efforts in the first part of the solution.

  4. it will be hot and we will all die due to the ice caps in the north melting and covering up the whole planet with water unless you have gills youll be dead with in the next 500 years or less

  5. on fire!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  6. You will have powerful storms, beacuase a hurricane gains energy by heat and is the heat in the earth gets hotter than hurricaness get more energy thus it gets really powerful, thats why when it gets to cooler oceans its enery goes down and it doesnt become that powerful!

    10 points PLEASE!!!:)

  7. Jesus will come by then.

  8. All the chicken little's will be dead and things will be back to normal. This fad will end long before then.

  9. I think global warming is more of a natural occurence and less of a man made issue.  My brother is a meteorology major, and he said that all the glaciers will eventually  melt and will end up starting the next ice age.  I don't know the details, but according to him, earth is doing it's thing naturally.  I don't think it helps that we are using up our resources and replanting things in other places though.  I mean, they are building islands, so that is probably affecting it, too.  All the hurricanes and such are probably  nature's way of controlling the population.  I'm hoping in a hundred years that we will be alot more energy efficient

  10. No one knows.  Eruption of the Yellowstone super volcano could cool things off quite a bit.  Same with a large meteor strike.

Since climate usually changes slowly, the liklihood is that climate 100 years from now will be very similar to today's climate.

People already adapt to temperature changes that exceed 100 F over the course of a year, so it is unlikely people will notice anything different 100 years from now.

  11. who cares...we'll all be dead

  12. i think that it will either be dramatically worse or the same. with the "help" from our gov't we have been making it better since a couple decades ago, but right now we are kind of stuck.

    ~~zoe~~

  13. It has warmed about 1 degree the last 100 years. It may be 1-2 degrees (Centigrade) higher then. If it happens to be one of the years when it actually cools (It does that), it may be the same temperature. If the warming trend stops, it may be cooler.

Your question is a good one. When you really look at the actual numbers and time frame they are talking about, it puts it into better perspective.

  14. Sorry my glass ball isn't working right now, I would get a new one but all the Global Warming Scientists already purchased them.

  15. we will see 2012 december 23rd
