Isolated incident......what do you want them to do........have armed security on each bus?.........

I hope that Greyhound does not waste a dime trying to prevent something that could not possibly have been foreseen.  It was an isolated incident.  There is no need for people to be afraid of riding the bus -- I highly doubt that it will ever happen again.
