What will I need to prove my case in a peace bond hearing?

I have filed a peace bond against an individual because they are always threatening me and harrassing me.I can't even play in my front yard with my children without the person driving by my home calling me names and saying they are going to kick my butt.Only problem is I don't have any hard evidence of this other then a view witnesses.Is that going to be enough?

You need to show that this person presents a concern for your safety, and that concern must be reasonable.
