What will The leafs do with mats sundin?

If u think they will resign him how long..and if they will trade him for who and wat team..I think they will resign him for 1 more year and them trade him.

Hopefully the leafs convince him to go to a winning team, and win the cup, he more than deserves it, and he will be doing the team a favor, in getting couple draft picks, or something in return. However, it seems like he will stay in Toronto for the next year, and then will either leave, or consider retirement.

Tough times being a leaf fan....

If they're going to re-sign him, it'll be for a year and for a lot of money. That's something that the Leafs shouldn't do if they're planning on rebuilding. Rumour mill has it, he won't be taking a paycut to play for the Leafs though.

um... i think its very clear what he wants to do! he has always stated that he wants to end his career as a maple leaf and i think he will! i think the leafs will sign him for 2 years then he will retire! but as stated before he really deserves to win a stanley cup and should have a shot at it! but still in my opinion i think he should end his career as a maple leaf! its what he wants!
