What will a judge do if i dont finish community service?

i have to do 22hrs for a truency case and so far ive done 8 hours. im working as hard as i can but i have testing and other stuff goin on and its hard to find a place that would give community service without an orientation or test.What will a judge do to me if i dont finish my hours? Will i get another ticket? Can i get an extension? Plus I Live In Texas...

  1. Prolly have fun picking out your next punishment.  And youll prolly wished you would have finished your comm. service.


  2. prolly fine you with possible jail time. id do it just to get it done,.

  3. DO IT! Or it's your a*** in jail, literally.

  4. Just get it over with!I you dont complete it there will be a warrant issued for your arrest,and when you DO finally get caught(believe me you will),the judge will just give you more hours on top of the ones you already had.Its not worth it...just find someplace you can finish it and get it over with.

  5. if you don't, you go right back in front of the judge to tell him why you didn't finish.  it's up to you but that will happen.

  6. ask your guidence counseler at school I'm sure she could find

    you something at school that would be considered community service

  7. talk to the judge and explain your problem. if the judge feels that you have a legitimate reason, he will most likely give you a extension..NEVER disobey a order handed down by a judge. in addition to the problem that you are already in, you can be held in contempt of court and your butt can go straight to jail.
