I'm an 18 year old guy and i'm skinny but if I show you my stomach you'd see a little pouch forming and I haven't really exercised for over 2 years...If I only run one mile around my high school track every night what will It do for me?One mile is pushing it for me because I've tried more and gave up a day or two laterAny suggestions? nutrition, exercise etc? It doesn't just have to be the mile for now...I want to look better because I got into USC and It's a good year for me so I want to look my best...Can't let my body go to waste.
