Okay, here's the thing. We've got a volleyball game coming up next month. All players that are good in vollyeball are included. And its 7th grade vs. 8th grade. We've been practicing for over a month. And us 7th grade should be prepared.

Now here's my problem.

I play all-around. Spiking, serving, blocking, and spike-receiving and all those.

But I don't know what to use on the game, whether spike or serve.

  1. do what you are best at and makes you feel more comfortable

  2. oh waitt..

start where you feel more comfortable.

  3. well its good that you can do all of these things.

spike the ball when you are on the net.

serve the ball while you are behind the out of bounce line

but both are suppose to go over the net!

  4. What do you mean whether to spike or serve? They are two different things needed at two different times. Why can't you do both? Does middle school volleyball do rotations like normal? If not, I would go with spiking. You have a better chance even if you mess up to get it over than if you were serving and it is more fun and competetive.

  5. Well, once you get to right back, you serve, once you get to front row, you spike/hit...Simple as that =D Good luck!
