Are you already in Australia and allowed to work? I doubt if you woare or you would not need to ask this question.

If you are not already here, you will not be able to get a visa unless you are able to prove that you have all the skills and knowledge of a fully qualified carpenter. This may be very difficult and expensive to do and your skills would need to be assessed by Trade Recognition Australia and Vocational Education and Training Assessment Services.
