It will be a Bad Step, if the Present farmer's and existent small Retail owners bread and family gets affected.

Let there be Humanly justified Business selling with all having their Bread and Live happilly with minum Necessities as all are equal in front of surviving.

Nothing will change for better instantly. They have their own limitations. After a while they cannot sustain admin costs and sales.

The existing conventional sale of vegetables will continue as usual. Only worry is the actual farmer/grower gets a pittance for his produce. But the brokers/middlemen/transport costs escalate their price astronomically, by the time it reaches the end user customer.
