id say 2 parts bleach and 4 parts boiling water, and a hard backed scrubbin brush, an scrub like mad!!!!

I use a mixture of half water, half hydrogen peroxide and lots of elbow grease. It bleaches it out, but it is not as strong as chlorine bleach.

I used plain old cheap shaving cream. I had a set in stain, spread the shaving cream on it, gently scrubbed it, then blotted it with a damp paper towel followed by a dry one, and it totally took the stain out. I have used it on all the stains in the house and it has removed them all.
