What will be the pressure above and below sea level(10 m) if the gauge shows 2kg/cm at sea level?

it is regarding a gauge showing 2 kg/cm at sea level ,what will it show if i dive with it inside sea at depth of 10 m and 10m above ground

I can't imagine what kind of gauge would read kg/cm. This is not a unit of pressure.

Pressure gauges usually read in psi, or pascals, or g/cm² or kg/m² or inches of water or inches of mercury, or some multiple of these like kP or MP.
