What will be the reason of wild kids today?

today, while i was in the train listening to my ipod and reading an article. a child along with his friends came close to me. this children who approximately were about 11 or 10 years old, were trying to fight me. i am 18, they knew that they had no chance to beat me, but they tried anyway. this was not the first time, and it will not be the last. i do not know why this is happening in one fo the greatest coutries of the world. is it the parents, the goverment, what is the cause of these wild behavior.

No....it's not the government... It's bad parenting, or lack of. Parents who teach their children to respect other people usually don't have a problem with their kids being out in public. Kids with parents who don't teach them respect will have a harder time in public with their children.

The kids are in charge in their households.  Some parents have allowed their kids to run the house...many parents need to step up and take charge.

Bad parenting,  parents aren't there for their children anymore, and kids don't know boundaries.

I also think spanking played a contributor as well.  Look at our parents, when they were spanked, they knew they did something wrong, and didn't do it again.  Now, we send our children to our room where they have a computer, tv, nintendo, cell phone, etc.  Pretty sad!

It is the lack of parenting.  If the parents aren't in control of their kids, the kids feel that they can go out in public and do what they want when they want.  It's a sad day and age with kids.
