What will be the savior of Demand Destruction of the American Dream?

What is going to head off this destruction and bring autonomy to the American population?

I don't believe that any one person, party, or system can  save us. So far both politics and Christianity-- organized religion-- have failed miserably. I hold that salvation involves overcoming what seems to be a major human belief--that might makes right, that we are made better by our possessions--including a house and a spouse-- and worse by not "living up" to the rest of society's standards for youth, beauty, money, power, fame, position, etc. I try very hard not to cling excessively to anything--or to any one. And by sharing with others I  am paying  forward the good that has been done to me. Turning off the television has been really helpful, because I am not being exposed to a constant diet of impossible life situations, freeze dried news, and  things "I must buy" in order to be a better human being. Salvation in my book comes from being more inner than outer directed, from being honest, and from acting from the heart. Heading off destruction en masse is not possible, positive change must start within the individual. As the old saying goes: if it is to be, its up to me.

When the demand is excessive and beyond people's means.  Then their excessive demand needs to be decreased to reasonable levels.

A lot of Americans have fallen into debt slavery, where they are under constant threat of foreclosure and reposession of their cars and other property.  Some people have to work like slaves at two or three jobs to keep up with their payments.  

And the best way to escape from such lack of freedom is to pay off the debts and not borrow so much in the future.

The only factor that is destroying American is Liberalism,

and the closer this country moves to the left, the more problems we have HOWEVER, it will take more than a few Liberal socialistic politicians to destroy America as hard as they try since we are still a Judeo Christian nation

The greatest enemy facing our country today is not coming from foreign soil it’s living among us, it’s not terrorisms it’s liberalism.
