What will be the time period for getting visa from Pakistan to italy for a girl to go for italy for permanent living to her husband her husband is living in italy he is working there for last 5 years.her husband has posted all documents to italian embassy 3 months ago but embassy did't answer yet for giving visa?

your question is not quite clear? are you asing? how long it would take for the spouse? which would be you, to get a visa to join her husband in Italy?
