Working on a punching bag for 30-45 mins a day 3-4 times a week, what will this do to my body?

  1. Not putting the effort in man, you need to be training at least 5 times a week If you want to be a pro, If your just looking to get fit It's a start, try creatine it helps builds mass and enhances peformance in short bursts

  3. well u will lose fat i tell u that...but if you are looking for a improved body as in looking more ripped it may not come out the way u want.....it would probably make u look a little more define tho
