What will dye my black hair underneath blonde?

Question

I have had black hair underneath my brown hair for a while

it is grown out quite a bit but is still black.

I want the black to be blonde though just so I could have something different.

Any suggestions?

You'll have to bleach that black. You can use a high-lift tint on your natural color for sure, but the part that already has been tinted needs to be bleached to get it to blonde.

Please see a professional to bleach it. At home bleach kits will either not work, it won't come out even, or you'll burn your hair off.
