hello all.

I received a ticket for possession of tobacco recently and had to go to court for it. The judge ruled that I take a class and then return back to court when completed. Does anyone know what will happen at court now?

Thanks!

  1. Normally upon the completion of any course offered by the court, proof of course completion will allow the judge to dismiss the case against you!

The court may waiver any court costs or fines and just place you on probation in case you decide to commit the offense again.

  2. You should always contact an attorney.  I would contact the city prosecutors office and ask.  They will tell you exactly what will happen.  Give them you court case number and ask what is going to happen.
