The Earth weakens at the Van Allen Belt and hey presto the Earth splits apart. Out pours the boiling mass and another star will be seen. After a few million years that will crust over and hey presto another planet is seen just before it collides with the Sun.  That's life.

Once the poles flip I don't think there would be much of a problem.  Maybe you'd have to use the white end of your compass needle to point north.  I wouldn't worry to much about migratory animals, as you know this as append be for and the animals survived it.  The problem will be if he magnetic field weakens be for the flip.  Then you'd get all the problems with the solar radiation.  But no one knows how long this would take, but looking at the fossil records there has been no extinction events related to polar flips then I wouldn't worry to much.

I don't think anyone knows for certain because it hasn't happened in recorded history, but apparently it will mess up the atmosphere and cause some sun burns for people soaking up the rays.

I recommend reading "The HAB Theory" by Allan W. Eckert, it is my all-time #1 book and gives a pretty realistic scenario.  Although fiction, it has a lot of science based in the theory.

it'll be a total mess most of the animals will be disoriented and in a couple of years they will  extinct which will be a disaster for the whole ecosystem on earth and i think human kind will disappears due to this catastrophe...

when the poles shift there may be many earthquakes and maybe even some volcano's may erupt all I know is there will be charges in the way things will work.

There may be a few radiation problems, but for the most part your compass will simply change directions. The poles change directions every few hundred thousand years and there really hasn't been any indication that it has caused significant problems.
