I'm not a hater, I just wonder how much longer can the Saints play in that dome?It has to be the worst stadium in the NFL.

  1. They will move to San Antonio.

  2. It's really not about the DOME situation. I believe this year will determine if the NFL moves the team due to the "Hurricane season", loss of revenue, and having to make moves for practicing. The N O Saints have been having problems even prior to Katrina. Since Katrina the Saints has had even more distractions. L.A. looks like a good choice for a move. Even Birmingham would be a good choice for a move without losing their territorial fans. They seem to not be "hit" as much as New Orleans. Only revenues will tell. and believe me the NFL is keeping an eye on this one.

  3. They will move you can bet on that. The City of New Orleans does not have the money to build a new stadium .

If the owner of the Saints would pack up and move to LA who would blame him.

LA is the City that the NFL has marked for a new team and the Saints moving there would be great for the NFL.

  4. Get  a new stadium somewhere else then move =)

  5. The Saints aren't going anywhere.  The Saints do not own the Superdome.  The Louisiana taxpayers own it.

  6. I can see them leaving New Orleans. The stadium there is a mess ,i can't see them building a new one anytime soon. The NFL is about making money .Saying that i think the Saints will be in LA to start the 2011 season!

  7. Depends, I heard there interested in L.A. 2010, so I guess they'll be the L.A. Saints, though I think they'll stay in New Orleans

  8. get a new stadium because new orleans love the saints and the hornets of course. those 2 teams aren't going anywhere

  9. The Superdome cost $193 million to repair and refurbish. To repair the Superdome, FEMA put up $115 million[1], the state spent $13 million, the Louisiana Stadium & Expedition District refinanced a bond package to secure $41 million and the NFL contributed $15 million.

I don't think they want to leave anytime soon.
