What will happen if I drive without a learners permit?

What will happen if I'm 15 and I get caught driving without a learners permit but there is a licensed driver in the car with me? This is in Michigan btw

I live in michigan too. Don't do it please, it's not worth it. If you get caught, the person with you that has a license gets points, and your age gets pushed back further so you can't get a license at the right age.

I'm 17 and have my full license. Just don't do it. Wait until you are the right age.

well, if the licensed driver is a parent or guardian, then possibly nothing because they could be teaching you how to drive.  BUT...

My guess is that this licensed driver you are speaking of is neither of the above.  Well to be completely honest you could loose the ability to get you license till you are 18 and in some places 21.  So if i were you i would think really hard before you do something stupid.

Well as you already know, you'll get caught, fined, and get you and anyone that's with you into trouble. If you want to drive without a learners permit because you don't have any money, i'd advise you to do one of three things. ^-^

1. Wait until you're 171/2 or however old they'll let you take the permit without having any classes.

2. Drive in an open, secluded areas. Not for too long though because of private property issues. Such as: big parking lots with no or very few cars etc..

3. Have your parents teach you and you learning how to drive by watching and listening to every little thing. (WARNING: This doesn't go for everyone. Actually being behind the wheel is alot different from just watching someone drive.)

the licensed driver will cop the s*** as well as you. I know in Australia that if you HAVE a learners permit and ur supervised driver is over the legal blood alcohol limit, YOU lose ur license. don't drive without a permit, cops can see that you don't look old enuf.
