  1. your body will store fat and make you fatter. you may pass out and end up in the hospital too.

  2. Your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to every bite you eat as fat and you will also lose the muscle you have because the body will be buring it for fuel.  Not a good idea for effective weight loss.

  3. eventually your metabolism will shut down and as soon as you stop dieting you will gain all your weight that you lost back and more, when your dieting your suppose to eat 1,220 calories a day.

  4. Look ... I was at one time heavey I weighed 240 pounds.... and I now weigh 175  I did that exactly no jole I would eat roughly 500 calories per day for about a year and I would run 1.5 miles a day 7 days a week lots of water! It is very hard to do ( I do not reccomend it due to the fact that you will loose muscle mass along with fat if you do exercise) your metabolic rate slows down significanlty and you feel hungry ALL day! tempted by any food around you might have a bite too much of that cake hehe....  but, as for me my will power was strong so It worked for me!

I would reccomend keeping  a well balanced diet rich in veggies and proteins whole grain foods and try to do 20 min + of cardio a day in order to burn off some body fat if you have any depending on your body

That is not good for you in the slightest. You shouldn't drop below 900 calories for a female and 1200 calories for a male. If you are looking to loose weight then you should not loose more than 2lb a week, that can be done by taking in 1000 calories a day. Any more than that puts your body into starvation mode; you will feel more and more and more and more hungy, your body will start digesting your muscle so that when you do start eating again, you will put on more weight than you actually lost and be worse off because you don't have the muscle to maintain the metabolism. If you are wanting to improve your appearance then consider the fact that loosing too much too fast can make your skin sag, not good. 1-2lb weight loss a week gives your skin enough time to react and fit to your new shape better. Also, when the time comes to go back to a steady diet you probablly won't know what to do, you will either still eat too little or go the other way and eat too much.

Edit: If you have to ask how much calorie deficit relates to how much weight lost, then you clearly need to get clued up on diet, nutrition and calorific needs. A single pound of fat has 3500 calories, a pound of muscle has 5000 calories. 1500 calorie deficit (what you should eat, 2000, take away what you do eat, 500), will give you a loss of 3lb in one week, about 12-14lb in a month. At that rate you could die in 6 months.

Edit: Make that 5 months, if you don't have a heart attack first.

  5. Become obese, as that is too many calories for one person! You should only really be eating 50.

    lol

  6. Depends on your lifestyle..:)

First of all..its best to stay active and at the same time have enough rest and have good proper meals..

It keeps you healthy and you will feel much better as compared to when you don't get active..you can be active by skipping, jumping on the spot, running outside or the treadmill,go for a gym work out...

read up health books and guide yourself from there..don't be too particular on the value of calories you take a day..enjoy your meal..and at the same time balance your diet and eat more fruits and vegetables...

Thats my opinion and I'd have my say now..

    cheers ;)

  7. you will become too weak and sick. don't eat that much less. it is no where beneficial for you.it will harm you a lot

  8. ugh, nothing but that wont lose you weight,i tried that,no changes

  9. you will feel horrible. you'll feel dizzy, nausious, light headed, fatigue, confused, tired, moody, grumpy, ect. and your body may even put weight on since your metabolism slows down.

in order for your metabolism to burn food fast, you must eat atleast like 2,000 calories a day.

  10. probably pass out. multiple your weight by 10 then add your weigth to it... thats how much you need to eat to maintain your weight, eat 2-400 less then that and you should start losing weight. your body needs energy to burn fat.. so not eating is actually making it worse.
