  1. water "expands" as it freezes. parts freeze, air gets trapped, and more freezes over it. it will most likely pop

  2. Try it!  My mom left her beer can in the freezer once and the next day it looked like it had frozen in mid burst, I'm gonna try the water ballon now too!  Man this is exciting!!!!!!!

i dont think it will pop because the ballon is expandable.

  3. You'll make a POP! sickle

  4. The water will freeze, the ballon is flexible enough that it won't break.

    .

  5. i'm totally trying this now ;]

let me know how it goes.

  6. When water goes in the freezer it 'freezes'. Now since the water would be collected on the inner surface of the balloon, when it would freeze it would pull the balloon skin together. This might create 'velvet' shaped curves/scars on the balloon.

I am pretty sure that once the water is frozen, the balloon would have the same structure as it had before. Therefore other than some minor lines as explained above, I do not think any thing major would happen to the balloon's structure.

  7. ....why... are you doing this?

either nothing, or the balloon will break...
