if i charged a peice of ebonite with a peice of fur using friction, then held the ebonite close to small neutral peices of paper, and later a neutral pith ball.

if i charged a acetate strip charged with plastic, then held the strip close to small neutral peices of paper, then a neutral pith ball.

what would happen?
