What will happen if something falls in the piston?

i had dropped a small piece of paper in the piston when i was taking out the spark plug. don't ask how but it happened. and i also want to know if that can create a huge problem if i dont get it out and let it burn.

  1. If it was just a small piece of paper, you shouldn't have any problems. It should burn right up and go out the exhaust.

      to answer the Q

      saw a spark plug tip in one that a ad to repair  

      tip got jam in valve and made a nice hole in piston

      was 1992 honda accord 2.2 ltr

      replace piston rebuild the head

  5. your going to destroy that engine,because of the particulate matter left behind. you will need to tear the whole engine down and ship it out to have it re-machined, to remove any other material left behind and............. are you still reading, no i am just kidding, it will burn of the first completed cycle
