  1. Life as we know it would be gone and if the earth survived whatever caused it to "end" it would restabilize itself as done for millions of years!

  2. everything would just die off. Maybe like a mass extinction.

  3. If just the human race parished, then other species would evolve and eventually creatures very similar to humans would walk the earth, and either that species or some other species would end up dominant. With time, one dominant species would become extremely intelligent and form civilizations more or less like the ones we have today. However, if the earth exploded, then incredibly astronomically huge pieces of rock and magma would be released into the universe and possibly damage other planets while orbiting the sun, which it would continue to do, or it would simply continue orbiting the sun. If the eplosion was so huge that the orbit was disturbed then what would happen is unknown.

  4. We would all be gone and wouldn't have to worry about it.  But, if you meant how will the world end, barring unforeseen circumstances, it will end when the sun burns out in about 5 billion years.

The unforeseen circumstances that might destroy life on Earth might be:

A massive meteor or comet impact

Eruption of a super-volcano with resultant debris in the atmosphere for a long enough time to kill plant and animal life

Abrupt Global Climate change, resulting in an Ice Age.  This probably wouldn't kill all humans.  It would depend on its length and how well humans were equipped for survival.

Considering what would happen to the solar system, and galaxy, again it would depend on what you really meant in your question.

If you just meant that life on Earth would end, then nothing elsewhere would be affected.

If you meant that the physical Earth would end, then there would be some effects on the surrounding Solar System bodies from the loss of Earth's gravitational pull.  The moon is currently held in its orbit by Earth's gravity.  It would be pulled by whatever object exerted the most gravity on it, and where it would end up, I don't know.  The orbits of Venus and Mars might  change slightly.  Otherwise, I think it would be the same for the rest of the Galaxy.

  5. Then you would be dead and your essence would be scattered to the ether.
