Too much in one sitting will just make you sick to your stomach, diarrhea, headache the next morning (from the caffiene crash), and feeling sleepy. If you drink too much on a daily basis it could lead to internal problems like heart issues or digestion upset due to the caffine overload. So it's one of those things that you should enjoy responsibly... like my good friend beer lol

One night, I drank two cases of Red Bull, 6 bottles of Bawls, and two shots of espresso.

Needless to say, my stomach turned inside out, I got a humongous headache, I started to hear things, I vomited, I started seeing things because my eyes were racing back and forth, and I just could not sit down for the life of me.

I ended up in the hospital because I vomited so much, it was turning my throat raw and I was spitting up blood.

The same night, my friend drank 16 Red Bull and did pretty much the same thing and was in the bed right next to me the rest of the night.

It's horrible. Caffeine overloads are as bad as drugs. lol

All it does is give you nausia and laxitive effects if you have too much.

Same for energy drinks.
