  2. stealing by itself is VERY STUPID!!!! hopefully you have learned not to steal any more!

  3. The court cost?

You've been charged with a felony - stupid way or not, your very future could be at stake.  Costs are the least of your concern, the judge can easily consider you indigent, issue a "civil judgment" which attaches your costs to any money you may make at a later time.  But the felony could conceivably send you to a juvenile institution, and if you've got any charges in the future, you'll likely face charges as an adult.  I'm beginning to wonder if you have a larger problem with misplaced priorities.

Now for the good news.  You've been charged with a felony - but criminal cases have ways of aging - the nature (and degree) of charges may change between arrest and prosecution (because cops and prosecutors have different standards of proof; also the cop is duty bound to charge every offense he has probable cause to believe, while the prosecutor has discretion to plea bargain) or the prosecutor may find that the case isn't provable, or they may all take into consideration the less-than-heinous facts involved (if that's the case) or your lack of a record (ditto).

If you are prosecuted as a felon, even a youthful one, you may get probation which lasts 5 years (in NY) but may be terminated early.  Under probation, you will be required to graduate school and get a job once you are old enough to get one, avoid drug or even alchohol use and avoid any new arrests.
