What will happen if you drink premature wine, meaning wine that hasnt finished fermenting?

If you drink enough of it you will get diarrhea .when i was 18 i tried to make wine a couple of times but i never had the patience ,drank it before it was done fermenting .Wasn`t like i had to go to a doctor or anything, but my stomach was toreup the next day.Didn`t stop me from doing it again though.

Easy answer :: In France they bottle Beaujolais Village after about a month after picking. It's meant to be sipped much younger than other wines and nobody gets sick unless, uh, they drink too much!

i presume you mean beaujoilis nouveaux, whilst it is pretty much 6 weeks from picking to bottling, it has finished fermenting before it is bottled, otherwise the corks would pop or the bottles blow up, eitherway it would throw a sediment.

Drinking wine that has not yet finished fermenting would be fizzy, sweetish and cloudy, it would taste pretty bad, not dangerous to drink though, there is no point in drinking it, let it finish fermenting.
