  1. I live in Cali also. The first time you get caught, you'll probably get a warning. 2nd time, you'll get a ticket, and same for the 3rd time. I'm 17 so I'm legally allowed to ride one.


  2. That all depends on where you live.  Here in Texas, it is perfectly legal on streets with a posted speed limit of 35mph or less.  It is legally considered a motor assisted scooter, and no license is required under 40cc.

  3. THey give you a ticket and if it happens enough they take it. IN  Texas also it is spelled caught.
