Well, if the cat actually drinks it and doesn't vomit it back up, your cat will die. Alka Seltzer contains ASPIRIN. Aspirin is toxic to cats in very small amounts. One baby aspirin is enough to kill a cat.

So, if your cat is sick, take it the VET. If it is not sick and you are just trolling, find somewhere else.

uhh, they puke. i did that to my cat by accident, and he just looked at me like i was a dumbass and then he puked. HA! but i was drinking it and he drank it right out of my cup when i was in the bathroom..... haha, my bad!!!
