What will happen if you report a person on here.?

I've reported on several people already.  Most were spammers, and one was hurling abuse and bad words at a questioner that did nothing to answer the question.  My report vanished and I've heard nothing since.  I know that if they get 2 reports the post gets pulled, and that Yahoo will investigate persistent abuse and anyone accused of illegal activity....

P.S. I've just now reported an answerer to one of your questions!
