What will happen is i drink more then 500ml of energy drink?

i bought 4 energy drinks and it says i should only have 500ml (2 energy drinks) per day

I know that when i drink energy drinks i feel like im getting lots of bursts of adrenaline and my heart feels all funny. I feel like my body is nervous and i feel like shaiking my hands just to let off all tht extra energy. That all came from one V while i was out shopping with my friends and it took me bout 1hr and a half to finish it.....

You will most likely get jittery, then feel really tired afterwards. Plus you will have consumed a load of extra calories, so if you don't work out you might put on extra weight.

if u drink all four youll feel an energy burst and become really shaky. 500ml is just a recomendation. but after it wears off you will feel REALLY tired!

It is very possible that you could have a heart attack. Deaths from energy drinks have occurred. I wouldn't advise drinking more than what they recommend if you really have to drink them.
