Will Carlos Spencer stay with the Saints when they play with National League One?

The last I read about it, he said "I didn't come to the UK to play in National Division One".

Fair enough - he's a brilliant player and should be playing at a brilliant club.

Northampton was a poor choice of club for Spencer in the first place, he should move to Toulouse.

Heard rumours that he was hoping to play for Agen next year, but that didn't materialise.

He has to be one of the greatest attacking no.10's ever. This list would include Barry John,Alain Penaud,Hugo Porta and currently Dan Carter.Simply because of this, clubs wouldn't mind forking out enough money to keep a third world country alive for many decades for him. Thus,alas,he will probably do what Justin Marshall did and leave,possibly for a top French,Welsh regional side or premiership club.
