  1. A good observation really.  It's more about whether they put up a serious show. (It'd be a better test if it was in Melbourne).  If the Crows are wiped on their home ground though, it will consign them to almost ran status and they'll have a lot of coming back to do.

They may make the eight, they're in a comfortable position (sort of) but they can either join the elite three or they can join the others who have 'a vague chance'.

For the Cats (my team) I reckon this is the test of whether they're true premiership favourites.  Lose and you have to ask the question.  Win at AAMI - that's always a good sign!

  2. if adelaide and collingwood lose it puts a 10 point gap between 4th and 5th so both teams really need 2 win. i think crows will come close 2 beating geelong but geelong will be 2 gd and i think collingwood will beat sydney bcoz from memory i think weve won the last 4 against them n play well at ANZ. but both adelaide and collingwood will make the 8...its gonna b a season defining game nxt week wen its collingwood vs adelaide at MCG lookin forward 2 that game

  3. Of course the crows will get in the top eight, they've had a pretty good run this year, but recently they haven't performed as well. If they lose this week, they will be on the same amount of points as Brisbane - One win ahead of St Kilda and Carlton. If Collingwood lose, Adelaide will stay where they are, if they don't win. The Crows have a pretty good percentage so they are safe in the eight for now.

  4. sorry they will get smashed by 10 goals

    and miss the top eight

  5. I think they will lose this week, but they will be playing finals,

    they will make the 8

  6. To be honest, I don't think that the Crows position on the ladder really indicates how they are performing as a team. I think they have had a pretty cruisy draw so far and when they are faced with some tougher opponants away from home, they will struggle. A couple of things to look at; they couldn't beat the Hawks at home on one of Buddy's quiet days, and they only managed to beat a struggling Bombers team by 5 points at AAMI Stadium!

Sorry that this is not what you wanted to hear.
