  1. I haven't a clue what they will do with you. You are worthless to the US Military and as such a waste of time.

  2. Not sure....

A lot depends on the commander that eventually sits on your case....

He may make an example of you.....or simply dump your worthless butt on the street..... no matter how severe the punishment..... it will be less than what you deserve and even less than you have punished yourself....

I feel sorry for you..... you know not what you have done.....

  3. You poor guy. I can't imagine how scared you must be having to face all of this on your own. Big scary Drill Sergeants and all of that hard work! No wonder you left!

Don't worry, its not like there are thousands of Soldiers your age that are staring death in the eye as we speak, 6000 miles from the safety and comforts of home. I'm sure that you have their sympathy!

I hope that they take you and chapter you in a very short amount of time. The less time that you spend infecting my beloved Army, the better!

  4. People need not comment if they are not going to be of any help and only share abusive comments.

Newsbreak: The military is not for everyone. Everyone makes mistakes and at least he is turning himself in and not staying on the run forever. Going back to face them is a big deal and something a lot of AWOL soldiers don't have the guts to do, even if it is just to get a discharge.

There is a hotline you can call to see what your status is if you're AWOL. I don't know what it's called or anything but go to www.girights.org and maybe you can find an answer there. You can always call the GI Rights Hotline too and maybe they could help you. They get about 3,000 calls a month from military personnel seeking help so don't be afraid. Good luck.

  5. I always try to be constructive with my answers regardless of how silly they are but the fact that you think you can come to the military section and ask (of all people) servicemen/woman, dependents and vets what's going to happen to you is pure lunacy.

I feel absolutely nothing for you except a little sorry for all the trouble you caused members of your unit(s).  You truly are a pathetic.  I hope this follows you wherever you go.

  6. You will get discharged. It depends on how much time you have on what they will do to you.  less than 180 days of service.  You should be ok.  More than 180.  your in trouble.  bight the bullet turn yourself in and get on with your life.  You will have a life people will tell you that you will never get a job again.  Or you will be stuck at McDonald's.  Don't listen to em.  The military didn't work out for you.  Oh well.  move on.

  7. you suck. why would you go awol at all? you made the decision to join, so you should have stuck with it to begin with.

  8. Thank God you went AWOL, you're defintely not fit to be a US Soldier. Enjoy your crappy discharge.

    EDIT TO ADD:

You made it through bootcamp but yet you decided to go AWOL during AIT? LOL Seriously, how dumb!!!!!

  9. You keep s******g up without talking to anyone, you said "I went awol again to start the process over..."  Who said going awol again would start anything over again?  If you are still awol right now, the FBI will be looking for you, better they find you quickly.  Turn yourself in yet again, ask for a JAG to advise you and take your punishment, of which you deserve.  You indicate no remorse, no being sorry for all the foolishness you've done.

By the way, when you are writing, try using sentences, capital letters and little things like that.

  10. You will be hung by your toes and beaten like a pinata.

Seriously though kid, I realize the military isn't for everyone; but you have to learn the meaning of commitment and responsibility. You enlisted, you took the Oath of Enlistment and you went through Basic Training. You're now not only held accountable for your actions by the civilian laws but by the UCMJ. I seriously suggest that you take yourself to the nearest military installation, walk right up to the gate guard and turn yourself in. There's no saving grace anymore. Accept your punishment-whatever it may be. Nobody here can tell you exactly what is going to happen to you. There's the "by the books" way, there's the "lenient" way and there's the "make an example out of you" way. All 3 different ways produce different outcomes. People here on Y!A can speculate, but the only way to know for sure is to "man up" and face the music. You screwed up. Hopefully when you get arrested this time you'll learn your lesson.

  11. You will receive training to help you re-enter the civilian world.  To prepare for that training start practicing the phrase, "Would you like fries with that?"

  12. Hopefully they'll put you in jail for a while so you can think about what commitment means. What your country means and how you s***w it.
