  1. Why would you do that?

Your car will NOT be insured with your friend driving.

Why encourage her to drive whilst suspended - I thought she was your friend, give her a ride!!!!!!

    Cheers

  2. oh yeah.you would have to report your car stolen if this person got caught,or had an accident, which of course would be a false report.dont do it.LET THE BUM WALK TO THE BAR.

  3. Of course you didn't KNOW your friend had no licence, but if they get stopped your car gets impounded, and insurance will not cover an accident.

  4. definitely no does she have a drink problem or just unlucky being over the limit in the morning i wouldn't give my car to anyone apart from named driver on policy, how would you feel if a drunk wiped out your family i get drunk on 3 drinks and stagger outa bed next morning so don't drive that day as i need my license for my job,no way would i give my car to a suspended driver.

  5. Let me get this right...............

you are stupid enough to let a drunk without a license drive your car!!!!

If she gets caught,  your car may be impounded  and most likely will be if she has been drinking again.     If she gets into an accident,   you could be sued for everything you ever dreamed about owning.    Enjoy poverty?

  6. If she has an accident your insurance wont cover your damages.

If she kills someone, they go after her first and then go after you.

Your vehicle could possibly be impounded.

  7. bad idea dude. you can pretty much kiss your car goodbye if she gets caught driving it. so you're looking at paying for it to be taken out of the impound place and higher insurance rate.

  8. Why do it?  It's unnecessary risk.  You loan your car to someone who you know could be irresponsible... if she gets pulled over, your car could get impounded, that is trouble.  Should she have an accident, your car gets damaged... that's even more trouble.  Better give your friend rides when needed.

  9. I don't know if they will do anything to you, but they may impound your car.

  10. Depending on where you live but if you let an unlicensed driver use your car at the very least you WOULD not have insurance coverage if something where to happen.

  11. nothing will happen to you but your car will be impounded and your insurance will probably go up
