Bird's nest, Water Cube, etc. Will the Chinese use it for another purpose? Who knows? Maybe they might knock it down. Doubtful. Any news on this?

  1. The Bird's nest becomes a soccer stadium and most of the other buildings will be reused for other purposes. Only the hockey field will be deconstructed.

  2. it'll probly become some kind of tourist attraction or somethin like the eifle tower.

  3. More than likely they will be used for public use and events.  Beijing is becoming more and more a very metropolitan city...they will have zero problem finding use for those venues.

  4. a tourist attraction. maybe hold concerts in it and stuff. like the collesium here in LA.

  5. I'm sure they will retain most or all of the facilities for use in future sporting events - that's what happened in Sydney after the 2000 games.
