This may seem a little out of key since i am a chelsea fan, but i think i speak for all of us when i say that we were use to a normality in the premier league. by this i mean Chelsea, Manu running the show, but now with man city will they just ruin it? i know money did have a huge effect on chelsea but it wont in comparrison to man city. They will most probably buy everyone but the strangest thing about it is, they are MAN CITY! its just not right and it seems like dark times for the premiership. anybody below chelsea manu and man city just wont get a looking. Hopefully fergasons and scolaris genius will come out on top of man city and their signings wont work.

  1. U egotistical so and so. Before Abramovitch and his millions came along I seem to remember Chelse being a quiet ordinary as a team. OIn the early seventies i was privy to City beating Chelsea 3-1 at stamford bridge, that was during the days of Colin Bell and Franny Lee. I also took great delight when With with the help of Dennis Law, on a free from United, we were the cause of their relegation. As a City suporter of some fifty two years, I have taken stick from the red half of our city for the past thirty years with the exception of two seasons where we took four and six points respectfully, we were the first club to take four points off Chelsea and come 13th unlucky we will take another three points, and come January we might even take Drogba. So, yes, it does seem not just "a little out of key" but totally way off base. The only good thing to come out of Chelsea fc was a goalkeeper  named; Peter Bonnetti, better known as "The Cat". I remember cheering for Chelseawhen, as underdogs they managed to beat the mighty Leeds in an FA cup final replay. It's a pity you couldn't be bothered to use the "spell checker". Someone once said and i quote:- "Youth is wasted on the young". I leave you with that thought, and the thought that "£15 billion" is no match for "$1,000,000,000,000. Happy days City. I don't normally gloat but people like you that post such stupid statements expecting support make me sick. My first thoughts and concerns were and still are for our home grown youngsters, ie. Evans and Sturridge and many more coming throug the accademy, I fear that they are going to be left on the side line or sold. City is in my blood, I am both exuberant and sad at the evolving events!!. Excuse any spelling mistakes i have a slow keyboard and i am a fast typer and i seem to have lost my spellchecker

  2. Next you're going to tell me that Newcastle will actually win SOMETHING!

  3. I understand what you mean

In my lifetime i have NEVER EVER seen City win anything!

    not for 30 years

At least Chelsea won Cups leading up to being taken over.

It will be weird seeing them successful for once lmao.

  4. in the end money wont assure you the cup, look at Chelsea last season. manchester didnt spend much money, they just scouted players well like cristiano ronaldo.  good evidence that money doesnt win cups is the real madrid galacticos, they had the most expensive names in soccer yet didnt win much.  man city also lack a good coach like scolari or fergason.  the robinho deal just happened because he wanted money, people will not easily move there like ronaldiho or berbatov who turned them down.

  5. Sorry to say this, but you're the kind of fan that would kill the Premier League. How the h**l is normality good? How is two teams running the show be any good? It just means it gets more interesting. AND, chelsea weer a nobody before they got the money, just another mid-table team! Chelsea won ONE premier League, so if a new team with money will destroy the premier league, then Chelsea have already done that. And wake up, Liverpool and Arsenal are in the running this year too. Dark times for the premier league? No for chelsea, yes. Hopefuly. I mean 5 teams for the title is MUCH MUCH more interesting then 4. But then again, I don't think you anything to worry about because like you said, players already have the choice between chelsea, liverpool, arsenal and manchester united to chose from who are already in the champions league. They won't get too many good players so 5th is were they will stay for a while.

  6. Man City will most probably break the top four. not top two yet. Man Utd and Arsenal are pschologically stronger and more experienced but next season look out. chelsea the divisions already started. see lots of Chelsea fans saying Robiniho made a mistake. City put in a bid and all Chelsea had to do was match it. they have put a cap on what they can pay now so Scolari is not happy but ithink Chelsea still have the class and true blue chelsea players Lampard and Terry. to keep them up the top. Liverpool shame to say will be in serious trouble this season and maynot make the top 6 and that will be the final nail in the coffin. the big names will be gone so fast nad then the baliffs will call. Liverpool are doomed because of the mis maanagement. look at the games played very poor. no torres for a while torn hamstrings take longer than two weeks to heal. and no torres means very few goals. Keane looks pathetic. they should have got Barry.

  7. Maybe they will be another Blackburn Rovers.

  8. Its ok signing all these players if they do but will they be able to play together money doesn't guarantee success. Can I ask who this fergason and scolaris are that you mention?
