What will happen to the titles/trophy and prize money...? ?

...that he/she had won if they come out and confessed that they do illegal drug while playing in those tournaments? I guess the tittle will be stripped and given to his/her opponent but what happen to the money? If that player has retired and used all the money that he won, will he has to give to the opponent too?

Money would remain with him only but if he hadn't retired he would be banned and would then loose lots of money!! I don't think a player needs to confess since all the players have to go through a drug test before a tournament!!
