i really must agree with Karan. it is already too late.war, famine, epidemic, or natural disaster is the only thing which will reduce the worlds population. most of the worlds people do not realize what the burgeoning population will incur.

i heard that over population increase the rate of homosexuality to keep the numbers down.

then there's the part about cross bred animals (like dogs) have stronger genes and live longer.

Look around you, it already is happening. Scarcity of food, water, jobs, places to live, competition, corruption, degeneration of human values, depredation, extinction of plants and animals at an accelerated rate, chaos, lack of control, lack of stability in every way, lack of opportunities, gross unequal distribution of wealth, frivolousness, narcissism, lack of faith, lack of control, lack of education, unwillingness to exploit human potential, predominant hedonism.

The so called mix is just spreading the gene pool, I see no problem with that, actually it is desirable. We are solwly moving towards a breed of universal humans, and that may be a good thing, so we can stop labeling people on account of their race or the color of their skin. This was never more noticeable than during these past olympics. Races that were traditionally short were no longer so. I realized that this so called mix has sort of evened out humans even more, so only training and resources single them out from each other.

There are some countries like China & India wants to reduce the population. The countries like Singapore even though they do not have any natural resources and smaller land wants to increase their population. What is the fun in it? That shows the administration capacity of them. We must find the way to make use of our citizen in an useful way to our nation. Growing population will not affect the national growth if we properly plan.
